Turnout was great for the one-year NonDoc party. (Doug Hill)
[dropcap]S[/dropcap]undays are good days to be thankful, so we’d like to offer all the thanks we can muster to everyone who attended our NonDoc party in celebration of one year providing independent, responsible journalism.
Friends, family, contributors, advertisers, Writers’ Fund sponsors, readers and more raised a glass and a smile at the Power House to our efforts, and we appreciate all the kind words.
But many more weren’t able to attend our happy hour event Friday.
As a result, here are a few photos from the event. While they tell part of the story, they can’t fully express how thankful we are for everyone’s support.

Consider supporting NonDoc in year two
NonDoc party attendees had the opportunity to meet new business partners Rosemary Meacham-Zittel and Dr. Ashiq Zaman. Their additions to the team are helping us build momentum and focus on our growth strategy.
As NonDoc enters its second year of publication, readers with the ability to support independent, local journalism can sign up via PayPal to become a Writers’ Fund sponsor.
Tres Savage (William W. Savage III) has served as editor in chief of NonDoc since the publication launched in 2015.
